You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use to388. Players who are found to be under 21 will have their accounts suspended and any outstanding balances forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations. to388 reserves the right to request age-verification documents at any time.
Funds may be deposited and withdrawn via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). to388 charges no withdrawal fees; processing times are subject to the receiving institution's clearing schedules.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of offer. The standard Welcome Bonus carries a 30× rollover on the combined deposit and bonus amount. Bonus funds must be wagered in full before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn.
Each individual may hold only one active account on to388. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If more than one account is detected linked to the same individual, device, or payment method, to388 may close all associated accounts and confiscate balances without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. to388 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified us of a security breach in advance.
Collusion, arbitrage betting, use of automated software (bots), bonus abuse, money laundering, and any form of fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited. to388 employs real-time fraud detection and reserves the right to void bets, suspend accounts, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
By accessing or using the Platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you irrevocably accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply alongside any specific game rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions published separately on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you access the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to these terms. In such cases, "you" refers to both the individual accessing the Platform and the person or entity on whose behalf access is made.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use to388. This is a strict minimum requirement. No exceptions are made. to388 takes its obligations regarding underage gambling seriously and implements technical and procedural controls to enforce this requirement.
The Platform is designed for use by players residing in Indonesia and other territories where accessing international online betting platforms is not expressly prohibited by enforceable local law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of to388 is lawful in your jurisdiction. to388 does not accept registrations from individuals who are physically present in a Restricted Territory at the time of account creation or at the time of any subsequent transaction.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons who have previously been self-excluded from to388 or any affiliated platform may not register a new account during the active exclusion period.
Each individual person may hold only one registered Account on to388 at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, different payment methods, different devices, or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and valid Indonesian mobile number. You are obligated to keep this information up to date. to388 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. to388 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact to388 support immediately at [email protected].
to388 is required to verify the identity and age of all Members as part of its compliance obligations. By registering, you agree to submit the following documentation upon request:
Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. to388 may request KYC documents at any stage — at registration, prior to the first withdrawal, or at any point during the account's lifetime. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and, where fraud is suspected, permanent closure.
to388 accepts deposits via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are credited in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). to388 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies; any conversion costs are the Member's sole responsibility.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction. Individual payment methods may impose their own minimum transaction thresholds which may exceed this platform minimum.
Deposits made via local bank transfer are typically credited within 1–5 minutes during standard banking hours (WIB). E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are credited in real time. to388 is not responsible for delays caused by the sending institution.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned where possible; in cases where a return is not possible due to the structure of the payment method, the deposit may be forfeited pending investigation.
Approved withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes during operating hours (08:00–23:00 WIB, seven days a week). Requests submitted outside operating hours will be queued and processed at the earliest opportunity on the next operating day.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by account tier and are displayed in your account dashboard. VIP Members benefit from enhanced withdrawal limits in accordance with their tier level.
to388 applies a return-to-source policy: withdrawals will be sent to the same bank account or e-wallet used to make the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. If a withdrawal to the original method is not possible, to388 will contact the Member to arrange an alternative.
Withdrawal of any Balance that includes or is derived from Bonus Funds is contingent on the applicable Wagering Requirement having been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the automatic forfeiture of remaining Bonus Funds.
The to388 Welcome Bonus is available to new Members on their first deposit only. The bonus is credited as Bonus Funds and carries a 30× wagering requirement applied to the combined deposit and bonus amount. The Welcome Bonus must be used within 30 calendar days of being credited; unused Bonus Funds will expire automatically.
Bets placed on to388 are final once confirmed by the system. It is the Member's responsibility to verify all bet details — including selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming. to388 will not reverse confirmed bets on the grounds of Member error except where a manifest pricing error has occurred on the part of to388.
In-play markets may be suspended or voided where to388 determines that a significant event has occurred that has not yet been factored into the available odds. Settlement of all markets will follow the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PSSI for BRI Liga 1 fixtures, FIFA for international fixtures).
For mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets, if one or more selections within the accumulator are voided, the bet will be recalculated with the remaining valid selections. For bandar bola (Asian Handicap) markets, void rules follow standard Asian Handicap convention as published in the Platform's game rules section.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the to388 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, data feeds, and game content — is the exclusive property of to388 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without to388's prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to388 shall not be liable for:
Where to388's liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting to388 support. Any remaining real-money Balance (excluding forfeited Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of KYC verification and confirmation that no outstanding wagering requirements remain on the balance.
to388 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, if:
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which to388 holds its international operating license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
Nothing in this clause limits a Member's statutory rights under the consumer protection laws of the Republic of Indonesia to the extent that such rights cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted by contract.
to388 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via the email address registered on their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter Members' rights) may be made without advance notice and will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date of the changes.
